How do I start a focus session?
Open the app, choose a duration if needed, pick an ambient sound (or none), then tap Start Session. The timer counts down until the session ends or you pause or end it.
How do I change the ambient sound?
Use the sound options on the main screen to switch between Rain, Café, and Chatter, or turn sound off. You can change this any time during a session.
What ambient sounds are included?
Rain — steady and gentle. Café — low murmur and background energy. Chatter — soft, neutral background. Pick what helps you focus.
Do I need an account?
No. Focus with me does not require sign-in. Your preferences stay on your device.
Is there a subscription?
No. Focus with me is a one-time purchase. No subscription required to use the app.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Use Restore Purchases in the App Store (or your purchase settings) with the same Apple ID you used to buy the app.
Does the app send my focus data to your servers?
No. Sessions and settings are handled on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I skip onboarding?
Yes. Tap Skip if you want to go straight to the timer.
